She began her career as a caregiver and joined A Better Solution as Director of Boise Operations, leading that branch to "best of brand” for multiple years. She serves in leadership positions on multiple committees in the senior care community of Treasure Valley and has developed a solid foundation within our agency for the culture of care that extends to our clients, caregivers, and staff.

Rhandi’s journey with A Better Solution began as a caregiver, where she rediscovered her passion for serving seniors. Now as Staffing and Recruitment Director, she brings that same dedication to supporting her team and the families they serve.
